1. How do I make a payment using COD?
Here’s how you can make a payment using COD:
Add a product to your cart
Go to the Cart section and continue
Enter Shipping address
Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode
Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please drop an email within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.
2. Can I block an order and make payment later?
No, you cannot block an order and make payment later. At HyproMart, we regularly update the catalog in order to provide the top, latest products to our users. So, if you find a product that you like, we strongly recommend that you purchase it right away. The product might go out of stock at a later time.
3. How do I make a payment using IMPS?
Currently we do not have IMPS option.
4. How do I make an online payment?
Currently we do not have an online pay option. It will be enabled soon.
5. What are the different modes of making a payment?
We are working towards multiple payment modes. Current payment mode is Cash on delivery (COD)
6. I am unable to place an order using COD. What do I do?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is unavailable for certain pin codes as our logistics partners do not provide the COD service in those areas. We are in the process of tying up with more logistics providers to reduce the number of such non-serviceable pincodes.
7. Is there a limit while placing a COD order?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for only those orders where Order Value is less than रु 4,999.
8. What are the charges of opting for COD?
We offer COD facility for FREE. Note that this offer is available for a limited period only.
9. Why we offer Cash On Delivery to my customers?
COD is a preferred payment mode for many customers as they can pay only when they receive the delivery. It’s particularly helpful when you are trying to build trust with a new customer.
1. At the time of delivery, can we use a card on delivery or UPI payment option for COD orders?
As of now, we accept UPIs on delivery only for the orders from 'Daily Essentials' category. However, we are working on setting up the process to accept both cards or UPI at the delivery for our entire orders. The process is still in progress and we are hopeful that soon we will be able to avoid cash on all COD orders. Till then we request you to place pre-paid orders for non-essentials so that we can avoid cash transactions.
2. How will the delivery happen at hotspots identified in each district?
As long as any area is identified as a hotspot or red zone, the entry and exit at those areas will be prohibited. The same will be applicable for HyroMart deliveries. Until the area is marked as safe to enter, we will be unable to deliver products apart from the digital ones.
3. What measures are you taking to confirm the safety of delivery executives?
The safety of delivery executives has been practised with strict adherence at delivery hubs of HyproMart. Here is how we ensure the safety of delivery executives-
Thermal scanners are installed in all our delivery hubs
Regular training on do’s and don’t are given to the delivery staff.
Any staff even with the slightest symptom such as minimal fever or cough are refrained from coming to work.
Adequate safety measures such as wearing gloves, masks, use of sanitizers, disinfectants are made mandatory for all the delivery executives.
4. How do you ensure the safety of parcels when it is in transit?
The safety of parcels in every stage has been ensured. At every hub, thermal scanners have been installed. Our delivery partners take adequate safety measures such as disinfecting surroundings, maintaining a safe distance, use of masks, gloves etc. However, it is always recommended to wash hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to clean your hands after receiving any parcel.
