We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (depending upon your location). Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep. (delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location). In case customer hasn’t received the order but he got the order delivered confirmation by Hypromart or logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case customer has to report us within 48 hours after getting order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation message.

We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS or an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc. A Customer can also the track his order from his Hypromart account in your orders section.

Returns & Refund Policy

We of course do our very best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of highest quality and we hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing size issue in the received product (if the product is marked eligible return/refund in product description) then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 3 days of receiving the product.

We don’t always offer re-dispatch of product due to product size selection issues. In such cases, we will refund order value (same mode of payment as in purchase) after the return of the product at our end. We don't bear the return shipping charges. In case of COD order, the amount will be refunded in the customer bank account through NEFT. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if charged in the order.

Also, if ever a delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can report to us along with product snapshots within 3 days of receiving the product. A customer can share snapshots on return@hypromart.com. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund order value (same mode of payment as in purchase) after the return of the product at our end.

There are few things, which customer needs to make sure before returning the product.

(1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

(2) The item must be in the original packaging.

(3) All brand tags should be intact.

If we found the product has not been returned in the resalable condition or not meeting any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the Return/Refund.

In case the Returned product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund.

In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area/pin code does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed.

Cancellation or Modification

You can cancel order only before we have processed your order. If the order is already processed for shipping then we won’t be able to cancel it. You cannot modify the size, color or shipping address of your order.

Refund in case of Order Cancellation or Failed Transactions

If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that.

If you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then in such cases, we will refund the paid value (same mode of payment as in purchase). Shipping charges won’t be refunded if processed for dispatch.

Online Payment Policy

The Website provide you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the services available on the Website. If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Hypromart shall not be liable

1. if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed

2. for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations

3. in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

Coupons and Credits

If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a credit in your Hypromart wallet or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order.

Click on go to cart > Click on Apply Credit/Coupons

Please note redeem credit/coupon value should be equal or less than the cart value. If credit value is equal to cart value, Customer can place the order on 0 prepaid checkout. In case credit value is less than cart value, the order can be placed by paying the rest value through Credit /Debit Card/Net Banking/Paytm or COD as per the availability. The payment will reflect as per the remaining paid value.

Any credits/coupons/offers collected by placing an order will be nullified in case of a return or cancellation.
